I felt a need to blog about this, as I am sure it will get beaten to death over the next few weeks. My condolences go out to the family of Heath Ledger, but something doesn’t seem right about this. Why was this blockbuster celebrity on 6 different prescription drugs? Listen, life is strenuous, but if I could wake up for an 8 A.M. 3 out of 5 days a week, I think this guy could handle the ups and downs of being a celebrity mogul. I know I have an insensitive view but I can’t see why a man with a 2 year old daughter and a full life ahead of him would risk his life combining all of the prescription drugs. This was careless.
