With the superbowl just around the corner you can expect to see plenty of new commercials. I see the superbowl as an advertising arms race. I wanted to reminisce on one of my favorite superbowl ads, that was actually well before my time. The ad shows a little boy offering a bottle of Coca Cola to the monstrous “Mean” Joe Greene. Mean Joe takes the coke reluctantly, and as the kid walks away he tosses the boy his game jersey. How sweet! I look forward to this year’s creative ads.
