The 2008 election will determine the path our country is about to embark on. Two years ago I read a book, “What’s the Matter with Kansas.” This book offered some rationale on why the Republicans were winning in the South, particulary Kansas year after year. The major reason was religion. The Republican has had a conservative ideology and southern voters primary issue was electing an official with strong religious morals. The Democrats are taking a more serious approach to faith in this election. I think this could help them get back into the White House.
