Final Thoughts
Throughout the semester I’ve been told to view media objectively. I try to take notice to some of the messages in media that come my way each day and filter what is being thrown at me. There is no doubt that I have taken a whole new perspective on the world. I’ve learned it’s very important to understand that everybody can percieve something differently. It’s become very important not to draw conclusions based on a news story I recieve. The news portrays stories according to how they want you to react. I don’t want to ramble on my new perspective but I have been influenced to do my own research and come to my own conclusions. It is important for me not to swallow every bit of “fact” I am fed from the media.
